"Home stay" in different places across Assam is launched by Non Governmental Organisation Sanskar, the reformation in the month of July/2017. The main aim of this project is to make staying convenient in unknown or new place as well as strengthening the rural economy. This project helps the travelers to stay in a homely environment without any problem. This decreases the strangeness in the travellers. They too get their required fecilities in the same place. And hence our homestay locations are in calm areas (but not so far from main Road), they too got uninterrupted environment for their works.
Another noticeable feature of home stay is the lower risk coverage (of theft, facing strangers, etc.) and lower rate of rent. Rents are very low in comparison to the hotels and some PG having same felicity.
